Donate to the Basically Baker Project

Patois Records would like to invite you to join us and be a part of a very exciting project. The Buselli/Wallarab Jazz Orchestra has recorded the “Basically Baker, Vol II” (The big band music of David Baker). Your support ensures that:

1. 100% of the proceeds from all sales (digital and hard copy CD’s) will go directly into the David N. Baker Scholarship fund.

2. All donations are tax deductible.

3. To expose more people globally to the ingenious jazz composition of David Baker

4. To help his unique big band writing become more recognized outside the confines of Bloomington’s campus.

5. To provide support for talented young students to study at the Jacobs School of Music Jazz Studies Program. These goals were very important to David and remain so to his family and wife, Lida.

Be a part of a very special celebration of the life and music of jazz composer, author, and educator David Baker. Claim your recording now or join at any other reward level and support the recording, production, and major world-wide release of “Basically Baker, Vol II”

The Buselli-Wallarab Jazz Orchestra has assembled some of the finest musicians to perform on this project to keep his legacy of education, high standards, and generosity going for generations to come.
